The Perfect P T Person and Studio – Ive been to many physical therapists and p t studios in my many years of limb problems. I recently started seeing Kristen at Paspa and I've never had an experience like this. Her expertise immediately took in my complicated history and current main issues. She applied a hands-on technique that no one had used in the 5 months since my surgery. Within 3 sessions I was walking about 70% straighter and with a similar amount of pain relief. I could not believe it. It must be said that the other... read more
feeling better every day – I have been to Paspa Physical Therapy for three separate problems involving extended recovery treatments. Each time has been a great experience. All the personnel there has been excellent, caring and friendly. They have all modern equipment in a clean, spacious and sunny environment. I cannot recommend this place enough.
GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO – I came in for PT after surgery to repair a meniscus tear on the recommendation of a friend. Gabe was my therapist and he did a great job getting me back on my feet and helping me deal with my impatience over the pace of the healing process. Aides, Ashley and Laura were terrific and made the sessions fun rather than dreaded. I would not hesitate to go back but hope I never need to.
Excellent PT – I had a knee injury that was misdiagnosed and mistreated for months by various doctors and led to atrophy of the muscle in addition to the pain from the injury. When I finally was prescribed PT I went to Paspa on the recommendation of a top sports doctor in the city. I was immediately struck by the friendliness and warmth of the entire staff--they each made a point to call me by my name from the beginning which made me feel welcome and indicated to me that taking a personal and attentive approach with their pa... read more
Healthy, safe recovery from injury/surgery – Let's face it, no one wants to go to physical therapy. We go there because we need it, and I especially needed it after rotator cuff surgery. Pam Paspa and her team have taken excellent care of me from day one. The therapists (Pam most of the time, but also the rest of the evening group) push me, but not too far. They explain the overall recovery plan, but also adapt it to my individual case. Pam consults with my surgeon every month or so, and he has been impressed with my progres... read more
And then there was Paspa Physical Therapy – I had terrible back pain after an unhealthy routine of bad gym habits. And then there was Paspa. I was enthusiastically referred by my doctor and knew that it was the right place for me after the very first visit. I got a friendly reception and my time with the therapist was both productive and enjoyable. The Aides were a great help and very knowledgeable as well, especially michelle... i highly recommend this facility.
Disappointed with services – This office had been recommended by my former surgeon as well as a work colleague. My experience was regrettably insufficient. I thought that I would be granted much more time with the physiotherapist. However, I instead was moved off to two other young women who didn't appear to understand my physical problem. Perhaps I am used to a European type of health in which the physiotherapist directs the entire appointment with a consistent focus. It is a pity that I cannot recommend this office for the... read more
Fixed my back – I had therapy last spring/summer and was able to lower my back pain quite a bit. I worked with most of the therapists and they were very professional. The aids who direct exercise are very helpful. The staff is pleasant , even though my appointments were put at the wrong time (frequently). All in all, a good experience. The bathroom could be cleaner !
not returning for therapy – I returned to this office for therapy for a new injury after a really good experience two years ago. But this time was very different and I am disappointed in the service. I asked for my old therapist, Amy, but she was no longer working there. This time, the therapist rushed and didn't really listen during the first session. It was obvious she did'nt even remember me at the next meeting. There was more time spent with the assistants doing exercise then time with the therapist. Unfortunately, I won... read more
