a godsend – paspa pt is staffed by consummate professionals who do everything in their power to motivate, encourage, and instruct their clients so they can reap the maximum benefit from therapy. each and everyone, from the front desk to the therapists and aides, is kind and attentive, making what could be an unpleasantly anticipated process so much more bearable. and, as a result of their knowledge, my therapist and aides were able to adjust my schedule and get me ahead of it in terms of my recovery. i recommend paspa pt to ... read more

Paspa to the rescue – I had a really bad accident while on vacation. I dislocated my shoulder on the golf course. I went to Paspa Physical Therapy for 2 reasons. My doctor highly recommended the place and I worked just a few blocks away. I was really concern at first with physical therapy because I didn't know what to expect. I must say that the staff was really friendly and helpful when I first got there. My therapist was highly recommended by my doctor so I trusted her alot. After 2 months of physical therapy I feel like a... read more

Really great therapy – I've had quite a few injuries and a lot of therapy. The care at Paspa is top notch- and I've worked with each of their therapists along the way. I've had therapy at places where they seem quite happy to take your hard-earned money in exchange for hot packs, ice, and about 2 minutes of time with the therapist! The experience at Paspa is different. They also seemed to have good dialogue with my orthopedists.

Feeling great and satisfied! – I am a senior citizen and I was afraid to go to physical therapy after my injury. My therapist was Keith Peterson and he made me feel comfortable right away. His assistants were kind and very helpful to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and made my therapy great. The front desk staff were able to make all of my appointments with no problem. Nancy took care of all of my billing issues with medicare and I didn't have to worry about any additional bills. This office is great and I m... read more

best physical therapy in New York – When I first went to Dr. Metzel and he told me that I had to go to physical therapy, I was concern about finding a good place that can help me with my injury. He recommended Paspa Physical therapy. I visited their website and was very impressed with it. I called the office with all my insurance information and the front desk was very helpful. They prepared all my insurance forms and made it easy for me to set up all of my appointments. My therapist, Gabriel Manzon was like a miracle worker... read more

FELT WORSE AFTER MY FIRST VISIT – I definately would not recommend this facility to anyone. The therapists and the owner made me feel so uncomfortable. I left the office with more pain than when I went in. The front desk and the aideswere terrible. When I did make the appointments they were all screwed up. The worst was the office manager, Nancy Morales. She was very rude, even on the phone. The therapist would treat you in a room and then hand you off to an aide. The the aide had no idea what she was doing, did not correct ... read more

Best Physical Therapist I have ever seen – I have suffered from numerous ankle injuries for the past 6 years therefor I have seen many different physical therapists. Pamela is an amazing physical therapist and it is because of her that I did not have to have surgery again. She was able to give me everyday exercises to help strengthen my ankle that I do by myself. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

Great friendly service – I've gone to Paspa for three different periods over 3 years. The staff is almost uniformly warm and friendly, the equipment is up to date, the physical therapists span the range of styles from cautious (Keith) to aggressive (Kristin) (allowing the patient to work with someone that fits their speed and style), and the 1 on 1 care is great. I went to other places near wear I live and they were so poor by comparison that I am back at Paspa. I highly recommend it.

Sorry my doctor sent me here... – From now on I'll pick my own places for treatment and unfortunately, this won't be one of them...Not the friendliest place and it didn't get much better from there. I felt like everyone must get the same thing I did - not really specialized and I didn't really feel much diferent after two visits so I stopped. I'm sure there's lots of goodplaces out there - just have to find them!
