The doctor did helped me with a previous issue and was great. However this time his staff had made my treatment an absolute nightmare, one person in particular just refused to help me at all until I asked for a manager. They lied about not accepting my insurance among other things. It's to the point where they aren't submitting referrals for tests the dr asked for.
