waited over 2 hours for 6 stitches with hardly any patients. paperwork was another 30 minutes to get. ended up leaving without it.
Given my recent visit to Pascack Valley Medical Center during this COVID-19 National Health Emergency, I cannot recommend your hospital because I had concerns about the symptoms and called to find out about testing. A member of your emergency department told me to come in and be tested. I arrived on 3/17/2020, sat in the waiting area with a mask on, and waited for 30+ minutes before being asked if I have any symptoms. I did not. Excellent emergency room services, including the doctor, nurses, registration staff, CTScan and X-RAY techs. My family member received outstanding care from nurses and nurses assistants on 4 West. Dietary and housekeeping do very good work. Nurses TJ, Kashema,Mariam, Vesna, Molly, Gina, Jaclyn; Nurses Assistants Josh, Nicole, Mishelle all fantastic! Thank you Pascack Valley Medical Center! Beautiful new ER. We were seen right away and the care was great. Doctors answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this ER!
