Pasadena Villa was truly a life changing experience for me. When I started, I had no idea how I could get out of the rut I was in and upon leaving, I felt as if I had my spark back. The staff are incredible. They meet you where you are with compassion, while also challenging you in the best ways. I believe everyone (seriously, everyone) could benefit from this program. I HIGHLY recommend.
The staff is very inviting and compassionate. The group talk and discussions were great. They really helped me build the foundation of skills I needed to better handle stressors and traumas I’ve experienced and deal with . 5/5 would have a mental breakdown and come here again
Pasadena Villa was a great experience. All of the therapists were knowledgeable on the material and were open to questions. Everyone was willing to help you when you were in need or crisis. Words can’t describe how beneficial this was for me.
