RecommendedNice friendly nurses. Front desk lady could use some tips on how to be welcoming instead of having an attitude that she is being interrupted. Also the people who call to collect the money upfront and confirm appointments need to learn to shut the arguments up on the time of the procedures. They need call the doctor’s office THEMSELVES not expect the patient to do it then call back. Also their attitude made me feel stupid and confused on when the actual appointment was. I was blind sided I have bee rushes out of a place in my life. My doc never said two words to me
loved everyone there very professional and caring.
Everyone was so helpful and nice. The waiting room was like a freezer though. The facility course use a makeover but the staff was fantastic

Very proffesional staff....Thank you Dr.Hipps and all his staff very nice at all time... both my parents had eye surgey my father says he can see better then before and mother is going back for her second surgey for the other eye and she said she never felt any pain at all during surgery or after surgery at and she was all relaxed so she said shes ready for the second one ...and yes I would recommemded Dr.Hipps...and I will give him all the stars not just five but all����� and thanks on behalf of my parents and myself you ar... read more
The staff was very nice. My only criticism is the check in....a line of people waiting to check in but the only check in employee was discussing a patients payments while the rest of us had to stand there & listen. Wait time was too long but that seems to be a problem everywhere
Every one was pleasant, helpful, efficient and thorough. The nurses really tried to help mom get comfortable which was not easy. They were really good at not rushing us out of there when mom felt so bad. With mom and dad sick,we have a long history with different hospitals, clinics and day surgery and this is definitely at the top of the list...but it was cold in the waiting room
