Affordable Optional for Downtown I have lived here for nearly three years now and am loving my stay here at the Pasadena Apartments. The office staff is incredible and the maintenance is always fast and professional. I don't pay for parking and have never had an issue finding safe street parking (even as the city tries to minimize the number of spaces we have). The apartment themselves are a decent size. Do NOT Move here This was a great place to live a few years ago. Since then there have been multiple thefts, cars are broken into on a monthly basis. My ceiling is caving in. Tawanna and Tony are great but the upper management are terrible and care nothing for the tenants. There was a rent increase DURING COVID PANDEMIC.
Terrible Apartment I had several issues throughout my year living at the Pasadena and continue to experience issues due to their poor management. They had cockroaches, the WiFi never worked in my unit, the lot door was always broken and it was closed often. There was vomit in the elevators more than a few times. The back door locked from the inside for half the time I lived there.
Great downtown option for folks on a tight budget I just helped my son move into Pasadena Apartments. I cannot say enough about the wonderful assistance that we received from Tawanna and Tony. Tawanna is a lovely, hard working professional who takes her work seriously. She takes care of the tenants at the Pasadena, and is very attentive to their needs. bri my boyfriend and I went and looked at he apartments and the lady tawanna in the office was so nice and was very helpful and patient with all of our questions! definitely excited about this place! can't wait to move in.
I loved my apartment, but.... I loved my apartment. The sun woke me up in the morning, and it was plenty of space with tall ceilings. Yes, the building is old: lead paint, not the best appliances, old tubs, etc. The laundry room was pretty decent and you can use your credit card to pay. Tawana is amazing, the lady who works at the desk. BUT there are ROACHES! Their pest service comes every other week, but the roaches are still there. Great Location and Friendly Staff Pasadena is right along the riverwalk, which takes you directly to downtown. Great to bike or walk into the city when the weather is nice. I lived on the top floor for 1 year and had a great view of the city. The building itself is old and there were some issues with plumbing and the elevators, but for the price nothing in the area comes close to having the amenities.
