We stumbled upon Parzell's Cafe on our way to visit Edisto Gardens for the first time ( a block away) and had a wonderful lunch. Loved the decor, the friendly staff, and music. The tilapia was cooked just right.... Fresh corn and other special touches. A good experience.....
