I received a gift from a friend. And when I opened the package the slate tray was cracked in two. Perhaps it was how everything was superglued to the tray? Anyhow I called the name on the card, they told me they'd replace it but would not mail it to me which is a 4 hour drive but I could come pick it up. Then they called me back to tell me they would not replace it and that there's nothing they could do about it. Poor products. Poor customer service. Did not honor their own words.
