Dr. Goyal is the best ENT physician in the Syracuse area. I suffered from severe chronic sinus issues for years. Dr. Goyal took a lot of time explaining to me my diagnosis and helped me decide on the best treatment to alleviate my symptoms. I'm now feeling the best I have in several years. I am finally able to breathe through my nose, get a good night's rest and enjoy outdoor activities again. Dr. Goyal has changed my life completely for the better and I would highly recommend being his patient.

Dr. Goyal is amazing. I have had many visits and all of them have been great. He talks to me and explains everything. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Goyal. I have already recommended him to a few members of my family and some friends. His office staff is also very nice and easy to work with.
Dr. Goyal performed extensive sinus and nasal surgery on me 6 years ago and the outcome was beyond my expectations. I actually attended a wedding out of town 4 days after surgery. All the issues prompting surgery have been eliminated and none have reoccurred. Dr. Goyal is calm, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. He is a gifted surgeon. I only wish he could be my GP as well as ENT. I have referred a several friends to him with similarsinus problems. All have been equally happy
