One of best in the Bay Area. Large selection and prompt service
Party time is a place you can go in and find things you normally wouldn't find in a craft store. They have a lot of things to make party favors and they have reasonable prices and you can't find that around. They have a great selection of party supplies and pinata's and lots more. It is a family owned business and the treat you like family. My family has been coming here for years and I hope you bring yours.
