Made a purchase via eBay with this "company" for what was advertised as two 17 foot long side seals for my BAKFlip cover. What they sent was a pencil sized cardboard tube 3M adhesive and an alcohol wipe pad. More than 3 days with ZERO communication for the company; their phone is a BOT; can not speak with a live person; they hide their email address so you can not connect with anyone to resolve the issue. They allege "FAST" on their webpage - but remain in "PARK" when it comes to customer service!
Ordered a fuel pump and didn't need it. Returned with the original package in April, and was in communication by email, and the person never got back to me regardiing a refund. Still waiting for my refund!
