Very dissatisfied. I ordered a replacement mirror for a 2023 Ford Mustang. I was asked for the VIN to ensure the correct part. The mirror that arrived was too big. I attempted to request a return and was told they could not accept because it was not in the original box. Now the box it shipped in was a generic box. Bad customer service. Purchased a PAIR of seals from them, per the part number, they thought it'd be cool to open the oe bag and split them up and sell them each at the price of a pair. Garbage company and Garbage people.
