Very dissatisfied. I ordered a replacement mirror for a 2023 Ford Mustang. I was asked for the VIN to ensure the correct part. The mirror that arrived was too big. I attempted to request a return and was told they could not accept because it was not in the original box. Now the box it shipped in was a generic box. Bad customer service. What should the box matter if the product is in the same condition it was received and I have proof of purchase. The box is irrelevant. I feel ripped off.
