Unusual bad customer service for their call representatives today 03/17/2025 5:00pm. Asked a question on a part they had and instead of getting a response to said question, I get hanged up on by the call representative, very unnecessary and and very rude this is not acceptable behavior in any circumstance especially when someone is trying to do business with you’re company, I hope this missed business helps you improve or maybe this is simply a reflection of you’re company culture and beliefs which I hope it isn’t
