They stay warm, but this white powder keeps coming out of the vents, its worse now that the heater is on. Great water pressure, energy efficient fan in the bathrooms. The house have a kitchenette stove, fridge, dishwasher, full size water heater/furnace. Thay do a wonderful jobs on keeping the grass looking nice and are good with the up keep only thing is that the Rent keeps going up 3 ×within a year.
Been here about a month from what I can tell the management is wonderful anytime I have an issue it's always addressed by Genie the manager and it gets taken care of the first time. Is apartments are beautiful I will definitely recommend anyone living here. neighbors are nice it's usually pretty quiet.
I lived at Partridge park apartments for a year. Amanda the property manager and Mike from maintenance were amazing. Very kind, compassionate when dealing with all tenants. They even knew my puppy and often stopped to have a chat with him. My issue with this company lies higher up. I knew I would probably be moving out when my lease was up, but wasn't for sure when Amanda approached me about renewing my lease in January.
