Nurses pick and choose if they want to make the drive to pick you up. even after paying refuse to pick up. the worst customer service, my number got blocked and sent straight to voicemail. Called maybe 20 times and all to voicemail. Horrible. Have no consideration for anyone but themselves. Absolutely terrible. Baffles me how they just bail on picking you up and leave you stranded!!!! Stranded!!! Baffles me more how they’re still operating as a business and have customers.
If I could give a 0, I would. 1 star is actually generous because it is out of requirement. This company is a high quality SCAM with unqualified “nurses”. They will let you pay for your service , and decide to no show. Leave you stranded. And continue to say they will send another nurse. Not just one of the nurses, ever single one employed by the company will cancel on you when it comes time for their shift/care. It’s beyond despicable. I BEG you to PLEASE use ANY other company if you actually want to receive care.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!! They always go above and beyond. The quality of care is by far the best in the city.
