Even with appointments expect a long wait. I don’t like it personally. My appointment was at 10:00AM my turn got till 11:45.
The front desk was quick and easy to work with, they accepted my insurance (even though it was out of state) on a Sunday afternoon walk in. However, I had an awful experience with the Nurse Practitioner who was giving me stitches on my finger after I cut myself. The lidocaine injections themselves made me bleed. I was telling her the lidocaine didn't numb me enough, and every single time she put the hook into my skin, I was yelping in pain. She didn't stop to address it, she kept going! Will never be returning to this place.
The staff is very knowledgeable and competent. The wait time was reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends.
Scheduled appointments here two times. Both times I waited 2 hours before seeing someone. When it did it was a doctor on a Zoom screen. If I knew that I would have scheduled a telehealth appointment.
From the front desk staff to the Nurse and the Doctor visit all were Professional, friendly and thorough. I had never been to an Urgent Care outside of Sharp and was very pleased with Marque on Governor Dr.
