Awful experience waiting over an hour awful customer service the man you have working full of attitude. Just awful service. Told me that I could go wait in an ER if I didn’t like it. Talk about just awful service. And just an FYI no one else waited that long no one else got talked to that way. Just me when I asked why it was taking so long and why so many people that game much after me went into rooms. 🙄 talk about awful awful awful!!!!!
I ended up in the hospital because I chose this clinic. Don’t go here if you care about your health. I went to urgent care in significant discomfort because of a UTI. They had to do a urine test twice and then still refused treatment even though I begged them to. Three days later I had to go to the hospital because I was in severe pain because my simple UTI turned into a kidney infection. I brought this to their attention and they still expected me to pay the bill...
RecommendedYearly sinus infection— confirmed. Very thorough and quick NP. Nice, as well and answered all my questions.
Had the worst experience at this "urgent care". Starting with receptionist Jade, very rude said the wait was an hour and a half to 2 hours and asked, "could I come back tomorrow?" Umm no, if it could wait I wouldn't come to Urgent Care! Then I waited which was fine and expected and had the NP Cynthia Dunn come in for 5 seconds and wasn't even going to look at my eye until I insisted. To say that this place is the worse is the understatement of the year!!! Iv'e been to the clinic almost 5 months ago and had to get a refund because of THEIR mistake, but still no refund, 5 months later!! I wrote them 4 emails and called 5 times!! Currently waiting on the line for the 6th time. 2 months ago I talked to their representitive that assured me that I'll get the refund and someone will call me back. Thanks for booking an appointment for my 7 year old daughter for a flu shot then not honoring it and telling me she’ll have to wait 1.5 hours and stay out past her bedtime. Way to further public health for an at risk population. I’m disgusted.
Maybe call first to check on the wait? I only waited a few minutes - it was the middle of the week, early afternoon. The staff was friendly and the facilities were nice.
This is worse than an emergency room. In Haiti. 1.5 hours and not seen by a medical assistant. Even the ER on the other side of the hill has an ETA. This particular group allowed a woman coughing and nearly puking to come in, sit down, leave, and didn't disinfect where she was coughing/hacking. The girl who came in after that couple certainly will get stomach flu... Can you say "nosocomial infections??"
