As of today, I am on the hook for a $246 error due to an incorrect diagnosis code from a visit that my son had at Partners Urgent Care in Brookline several months ago. I had an excellent experience at Mass General Brigham Urgent Care - Brookline today! As a traveler whose first language is not English, I am very thankful to Ms. Kim. After assisting me with my check-in, she thoughtfully asked about my native language and arranged Dr. Sam, who can understand and communicate in basic Mandarin. Dr. Sam is incredibly caring.
