By far the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced (and I've experienced some real doozies) on hold anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes and then told to leave a message. Then you don't hear back until they call to tell you your bill (which you were trying to discuss because of charges for medications never received) is past due. Within 7 days of my start of employment I was called into the manger office to discuss complaints other co-workers had about my work performance. The complaints we're regarding details of the job I would have absolutely no way of knowing with only one week experience in the position. I explained this to the manager who then backed off and told me the meeting was meant to inform me not to scold me, that's not how it felt.
