Highly recommend! Prior to contracting with Partners Management to manage our condominium association, we were self managed; it was a never ending stream of headaches. Partners entered and took care of all the headaches and not only did they provide solutions, but they used their management expertise to be proactive in helping preview problems that we had no idea were destined to happen.
Exceeds expectations I've used Partners Management for the last 2 years to manage my Buckhead condo. They were very knowledgeable about the current state of the rental market and advised me about what I could realistically expect. They also assisted on finding and selecting the best tenant for the property.
Partners Management is unorganized I rent a apartment and the owners use Partners Management to handle the property. I have had to deal with Partners a couple times and I was shocked how unorganized they are to be in the management business. When I got my letter to renew my lease they had the dates all wrong and the amount wrong. I called and it took may phone calls for someone to call me back.
