I have been extremely patient with this office. I have waited an unprofessional and ridiculous amount of time for a response to a very simple request. My son was diagnosed by this office and the first issue was getting the results back as promised. We were promised they would be sent over and it was several days later which actually made them past the time frame that they initially had given. Literally never been “ghosted” by a mental health/counseling group before, but I suppose there’s still a first time for everything! At this point, all I am requesting are the records from our evaluation, as there has been nothing but red flags from this place since.
Communication needs to improve. It should not be difficult to get a hold of somebody like it is. Be prepared to not have your results when promised. That seems to be a issue that others have reported going back as far as 2 years ago. So it still seems to be an issue.
Anje Newnam has helped me through some of the toughest situations and past trauma in my life. I can’t say enough good things about her. Exceptional Counselor!
