Such good people. They explain things to me in a way I truly understand what I’m supposed to do. I have had a couple of ahhhhh haaaa moments I’m like wow I’ve been doing that wrong all my life, if only I had known that I wouldn’t be in the shape that I’m in.
Lauren Mallari-Snyder is/was amazing to work with. Her breadth of knowledge, understanding, compassion and awareness is unmatched. She helped me so much within the month of working with her that I wish I would have gone to her so much earlier. I can't recommend her enough for all things women related, postpartum, diastasis recti, athletes, etc.
Mrs Greta was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able use a couple forms of therapy including dry needles to get me on the road to a full recovery. Thank so much!!
