I went through the process of starting my child as a new patient via online. I received a text message a month ago to call to set up an appointment. I’ve been calling for weeks with no answer. I’ve been leaving voicemail with no correspondence. I called today to only be transferred to a voicemail. It’s poor service to never pick up the phone. This is my first clue to go somewhere else.
I have felt the need to do this for a while but I’m not someone that leaves bad reviews and I also wanted to do my due diligence to be sure my instincts were right. We saw Dr. Scott after my daughter was born and have since changed pediatricians. At first he was very positive. My daughter was 6 lbs when we left the hospital and they told me that she would not be able to breastfeed alone and I’d need to follow it up with formula to ensure her weight got back up to 6lbs12oz. My kids doctor is Rama Makkumal I love her to pieces. She listen to the parents concerns and she goes above and beyond for the kids. Thank you and your team for all that you all do. You’re great. I would recommend the world if I could!
We've been going here for 12 years. We have enjoyed all the doctors and nurses there. They have treated my daughter well. Yes, sometimes you can wait a tad bit longer for your appointment, but remind yourself they are dealing with infants and children in general. I definitely advise Partners in Pediatrics.
