I went to get my nexplanon out, it moved drastically. I saw Dr. Domagalski she was a peach! She didn’t quit with finding this out of my arm, very thankful.
Dr. Medeiros is the best!
I saw Dr. Medeiros and explained my history of pmdd like symptoms but was totally ignored. Didn’t even brush it off, literally didn’t acknowledge it. Later got diagnosed by another doctor.
I'll make it brief. Awful customer service on the phone. Receptionists show zero empathy. Waited months for an appt just to receive a text message 7days prior that it was canceled. No voicemail about why it was canceled. I call in to ask and was told "the doctor is in surgery that day" and they could reschedule a month out. Meanwhile I am absolutely struggling with pain on a daily basis and had been desperately waiting for this appt. Find a new practice if you're a patient.
