Dr. Halsey is great and has amazing bedside manner, he is amazing at what he does. However, his PA Christina Tanaka is the single laziest provider I have ever seen. I've brought multiple concerns to her and she doesn't give a damn, or interrupts me mid-sentence to yell, "no you're wrong!!" I've seen other reviews where people have said she screamed at their kids...I completely believe that. She's rude, impatient, does not care about the outcome of her patients, and dare I say a bit narcissistic. I've brought up multiple extr... read more

I arrived at 2:50pm with my 8 year old for a 3pm appt and wasn’t seen until around 3:45pm. My son and I were called to the room where the MA (blonde with tie die crocs) checked my son’s weight, height and blood pressure, my son was a bit scared about the blood pressure cuff getting too tight and she yelled “what are you scared of!” Definitely not kid friendly. When we initially took my daughter to see Dr Khalik, i didn’t have any issues or concerns outside of the Dr dictating notes while still with us. Fast forward a year or so, we’ve returned because my daughter’s skin and allergies are not getting better and we’re struggling to manage her care. My husband took her to an appt with Dr Khalik and it didn’t seem like he was listening as when he reflected back what he heard, the information was incorrect.
