I honestly wouldn’t know where to start with my review. I can’t emphasize enough what a disappointing experience I’ve had with this office, from scheduling to billing. If you’re reading reviews wondering where you should seek counsel or therapy please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I met a couple times with Dr. Alexander. She seemed to be professional, but then she ghosted me when I tried to contact her several times. She didn't return my later voicemail messages and didn't provide me with a reason.

I accompanied my girlfriend to an appointment and waited in the lobby during her session. While I was sitting in the waiting room, a woman entered loudly, yelling and pointing at items on the wall. She then began abruptly moving furniture—tables and chairs—around the waiting area. At first, I tried to ignore it, but I became uncomfortable when she asked me, a visitor, to help move the furniture. Horrifying experience with Epstein’s testing backed by Auerhahn’s recommendation. Changed trajectory of clients life for the worse for an entire decade. It was only two years ago, after a remarkable battle by both patient and current doctor to obtain the full narrative of Epstein’s report that patient learned the full extent. This patient/client was eventually retested by an outside Dr who concluded completely opposite and different findings totally in line with what actually makes sense.
