Thanks to Parsell’s for squeaking my Explorer in on what was a very busy Thursday for them, for a slow tire leak I’ve been battling. They replaced the valve stem and fixed the leak and I was in and out in 25 min.
I have had work done at this business in the past and have been satisfied however a recent experience has left me frustrated and with the impression I will not use their business again. My mother took her car the beginning of June with the complaint that her air conditioning was not working. Her car was diagnosed and she was told what the issue was. She was informed of the app. price and that the part would be ordered. She called numerous times to follow up on the whereabouts of the part only to be told it was not in yet. Sh... read more
