EVERYONE at this shop went out of their way to be helpful to us when we developed a tire problem during a long road trip. Phenomenally fast at diagnosing, addressing the issue with 2 replacement tires along with a rotation of the remaining tires . They got us back on the road really quickly for a fraction of what we expected to pay. Excellent business!

That was incredibly fast service! Despite getting a flat tire a mile away, I managed to drive to the shop and get back on the road in just 30 minutes. Amazing!
Thanks to Parsell’s for squeaking my Explorer in on what was a very busy Thursday for them, for a slow tire leak I’ve been battling. They replaced the valve stem and fixed the leak and I was in and out in 25 min.
