Extremely long wait for care! Over 4 hours…
If I could give them a 0, I would. Dealing with them as I type. They have broken every law out there and kicked my son's advocate out of the hospital. No nurse knows what is happening and no one knows the law. Do not go to the ER at parrish. They do not care!!!
Brought my partner into the ER. Bloody IV needle on the ground in the consultation room. I ended up having to pick it up and throw it away in the Sharps bin after it was on the ground for more than 30 minutes and none of the staff noticed or picked it up. Used the dirty, torn up “staff only” rolling chair as a table for their IV materials instead of a clean table. Left blood on the chair. She treated me in the ER today and she provided EXCEPTIONAL service!!! ***She possesses every single trait that a good doctor should possess*** Dr. Nguyen is an excellent listener with impeccable communication skills. She is so insanely smart ... & empathetic & compassionate. I wish the other Doctors who work there in the ER treated the patients more like her.
