UPDATE I hung up and tried again and it took another 5 minutes before I finally had an appointment. A total of 35 minutes! I am trying to make an appointment and so far I have been on hold for exactly 24.35 minutes. I don't want to speak to a doctor or medical assistance, i just want to make an appointment. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, unacceptable and incomprehensible.
