Stay away from them from a Commercial transaction. On there marketing material (the piece of paper that describes the property) it was way off! Ask about properties from a local small restaurant, food distributors, and probably the best would be the supply equipment guys. All these people would help better than colliers. If you want to know the law too, you can't sue commercial real estate companies, and they are allowed to lie! If you have too much money these guys are probably ok to deal with, if not stay away!
