I have been a customer for over 20 years. After trying other shops I always ended up back at Parelli in Beverly. The quality of the frames is always first rate but more important is the level of service. There has never been a doubt when purchasing glasses there that they will work with you until they are perfect no matter the issue or how long it takes. Was a great first experience for my exam, went back just now to pick up my glasses and was met by an extremely rude person. Glasses were blurry and he tried to tell me no refunds. I will never go back and would urge everyone to not waste their time with this office.
I have never meet a more welcoming staff they are all truly something special most business look at you as a paycheck but not Parrelli Optical they look at you as a person and welcome you with open arms ...
