The chargrilled oysters were scrumptious!!!! I highly recommend trying this place when in Baton Rouge Louisiana!
Good food. Parking sucks. Service only okay because they're always slammed. Booze orders are slow, but DAYUM, the food is outstanding. Cold, boiled shrimp were mushy. Everything else was top shelf. Get the bread pudding.
The food was amazing.. The hostess said there would be a 2 hour wait for our Party of 10. I realize that we had a large party but we made reservations several hours before our arrival.. I would have hoped for a shorter wait, but like I said the food was amazing.. I would just be sure to go when they're not as busy next time instead of 6pm (and that was a week night).
The food was excellent and the service was just as good. I recommend getting there no later than 5:00 pm on Friday evening because we were able to get in right away but when we left the line was outside the door, it's just that good!

Great fresh oysters and crawfish ettouffee. But you better get here early it fills up fast!
What an enjoyable find on TripAdvisor, atmosphere very pleasant, no intrusive music, able to visit with your guests. Server was a delight, very attentive, above and beyond but not interrupting. Our choices were the Rainbow Trout and thin sliced Catfish, perfect flavors. The Peanut coleslaw a must. When close will stop again.
