My favorite seafood restaurant ever! When they offer "After the Boil Soup" it is a must try item. I go for the Charbroiled Oysters, then I order my entree. I've had almost everything on the menu and haven't had anything bad. I bring a lot of food home! And the service was outstanding!
Excellent crawfish Etoufee, alligator tail and service!
The food was incredible. I will definitely be back. Myself and 7 other members of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association of South Carolina stopped in on the way home from assisting Relief efforts in Katy and Victoria, Texas. This food was the best Cajun I've ever had.
We are from the Gulf Coast and accustomed to eating some pretty amazing seafood. Parrain's did not disappoint! We went at 6:00 and only had a 20 minute wait, our server was absolutely amazing and the food.....oh the food!!! We are moving to Baton Rouge and we will definitely make this one of our regular spots!
It's over rated, it's not as good as ppl make it to be, n the alligator bites was salty, the gumbo didn't have no flavor, no dirty rice was ok
Awesome. Our waitress was very nice and on point. Food was served hot and fresh salad as well. The bomb ****
Excellent experience! Worth the drive. Melissa , our waitstaff waa excellent! Ask for her!
My son, his fiance' and I had the Ponchatrain...The drum fish was amazing and Birch (like the tree) waiter was attentive to all of our needs, but not over bearing.
First time in Baton Rouge. Locals referred me to 2 restaurants near my hotel for seafood: Mansurs and Parrains. Best waitress! Good food! Nice causal atmosphere!
