Very nice property. it clean and very quiet. Great location by 9th grade and High Schools and not to mention, close to Popeyes and that Spicy Chicken sandwich. lol I met Ms Nikki today and all the reviews about her are true. She's a very sweet and a nice lady. Her word is her bond and I'm very excited about my new home.
Ms Nikki and her staff are awesome and very helpful. She puts out lots of time and effort to help her residents whenever they need assistance even for the smallest details. you'll love this family friendly complex.
I have really enjoyed my stay at Parque at Bellaire. Nikki and the staff is wonderful. If I have a problem the staff takes care of it.
The appearance of the complex is awesome!! Maintenance always get the work orders done promptly!! Roland is the best maintenance guy there, he always get the job done!!
I have been here for two years now and I think this is a safe place to bring your children. Management goes above and beyond their way to help and assist you in your needs. I appreciate Paula and Nikki and I can't forget my maintenance friend Roland!.... So I do recommend this place for people who want a peaceful nights rest, security and friendly management.
