Had a day from hell. 4 hours of Oral surgery. Two teeth. Sawing, drilling, bone grafts, stitches, and 10 hours of no eating. My blood pressure was so high they had to have me meditate for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They wouldn’t do the surgery unless my BP was safe. This is me covered in blankets in a dark room by myself listening to Pat Metheny and making my blood pressure (the low number) go from 101 to 88. Dr. Narang is an absolute angel.
