the Dr is so nice,made me feel so comfortable,the best ENT around
I saw Dr. P K Parikh last year in June. I explained my symptoms, and he did a scope of my throat. At the end, he had no clear diagnosis for me other than he saw some inflamation, and put me on a round of steroids. The steroids didn't help, after which, he had no real answers, and told me he saw nothing concerning. I left with no answers but assured it was not serious. 5 months later, my symptoms were continuing, and I raised it to my primary who sent me to another ENT in Williamsville. If I could give Dr. Parikh 0 stars I would. His conduct during the visit was completely unprofessional and deeply inappropriate. Rather than providing compassionate, individualized care, he made offensive and judgmental comments completely disregarding the patients concerns and overall health needs. There was no attempt to discuss options, no willingness to collaborate on a care plan, and no basic respect shown. My husband has cronic ear pain off and on for literally years and refused to see a Dr . He finally called and was seen the next day! Dr Parikh took care of the problem immediately. He was very pleased. Said the office staff was very nice and the the Dr was fantastic! So happy he finally got a Dr he can see when he needs to.
