You talk to the owner, Rob, the entire way through the process and he is very honest and helpful, explaining everything and answering any and all questions along the way. There is no high pressure sales, just open and honest help. The price was the best and the windows look amazing. I would go with Parma Windows 10 times out of 10. Thanks guys!
I was in need of new windows desperately, so I did what everyone does,I started calling around and getting estimates. I got 5 estimates, 5 times I had to listen to the selling garbage of these companies each with their own gimmick. One company offered a buy one get one deal , but the estimate was so outrageous that it was obvious you were paying for the free window.
