Parma Windows just finished up replacing my windows for the house I just got. These guys were totally personable and dedicated to the project. PLEASE do not get sucked in to the gimmiks out there because you'll literally pay about 3 times less for the same, if not better quality, installation, etc. with Parma Windows. We have had all of our windows replaced within the last 2 years by Rob and his crew. From start to finish Rob and his employees are dependable, respectful, friendly and hard working. They always arrive promptly (actually a few minutes early). We are so pleased with all of our new windows. Rob makes the window buying process easy!
I just recently had Parma Windows replace all my windows for the whole entire house and i could not be happier! They did a great job and at an affordable price. Rob and his crew were very professional, arrived on time, trustworthy, very clean and finished the whole house in just over one day . I will use Parma Windows for future projects and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Rob & his crew did a great job. Had all windows done in about 3 1/2 years. We really got to know all the crew since we had them back 4 times. We were not able to do all of the windows at one time & Rob worked with us. Extremely happy with all windows/ bow window in kitchen which is beautiful, patio slider, kitchen & dinning room window. 2nd time 4 bedroom windows. 3rd time 3 bathroom windows. finally two living room windows, They clean up everything. I would recommend them .
Rob (owner) and his crew did an amazing job on a very difficult ceiling window project. Had many companies estimate and some didn't even know how to do. Professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Do not hesitate to do business with Rob and his crew.

Parma Windows replaced the windows for our entire house today and we couldn't be happier!!! Rob and his team arrived on time and are courteous, reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They did an amazing job!!! My husband and I highly recommend Parma Windows! We will be using them again for future projects we have.
My only advice is you make sure you get every little detail in writing, if anything is discussed which isn’t available as a simple check mark on the description of work performed, get it in writing and don’t pay the final bill till you are satisfied. On July 11, 2016, I, Robert V*****, owner of Parma Windows, gave Mr. P***** a free in-home estimate at 2 PM for a 5 windows to be replaced, with 3 to have exterior capping. I have recently purchase a new home, and was in need of replacing all the windows (8 of them) plus a patio door. I started searching for companies to get some quotes. I have called a bunch of companies, who came in, performed their show, to prove their product was better than anyone else’s, explaining how the heat transfer works, and attempting a 5th grade physics lesson.
