After getting an outrageously high quote to replace the front and back doors on our house, and the man door on our garage from one of the big names I gave Parma Windows a call.*** directed me to where I could pick out the doors we wanted (all custom made) and once he had our selections he quoted us a price that was a fraction of the big name quote, by a lot. Absolutely awesome. My window is beautiful! I had to replace a HUGE bay window. From the day *** met me and my pets, I was given an accurate time frame for installation. Using his knowledge and experience he helped me decide what to do. He gave me price differences up front. GREAT! is not even a word to describe their professionalism, attention to detail, and NOT cutting corners when it comes to YOUR window installation. I have had several quotes from the BIG name window companies. They are all OVER *****D and run the same affair. These guys are the best. I had them replace a window for me awhile ago and they just replaced my storm door. It's a beautiful door and they did a great job. I had to be out while they were here and when I got home there was no sign they were there except for the new door, they did a great job installing and cleaning up. Rob is so nice to work with, like having a friend do the work for you. I need more windows and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience with this company. Rob is the best, from our first meeting to the installation. Explained how long it would take to get the windows, and was exactly right with the date he gave me. My windows were over 40 years old the seals were broken, could not raise them, could not clean them properly.I could only afford to get the worse ones replaced and he worked with me, no high pressure. My windows were really bad. I had aluminum/steel windows and it felt as though I was outside. It even rained inside the house at the window seal. I had Parma Windows install windows in my home and they are wonderful! I can no longer hear when it rains or if the wind is blowing. Parma ********************** were great to work with, as they were friendly, came on time to install, completed a clean install, and removed all debris. Rob's company came highly recommended by a co worker. His crew, Jeff and Mike , were professional and engaging. The windows were beautifully installed including reinstalling the hardware and window treatments. None of the high pressure sales pitches usually associated with window companies! Rob was present at the end of the job and worked with the crew to finish up and go over the features of the windows. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend Parma Windows to family and friends.
