After checking in clients with appointments, keep them up to date on what's going on, even if it's going to be later than scheduled appointment time. Waited 30 minutes past appointment time and came in 15 minutes early. Could've went and got lunch and came back or coffee down the street if we would've been updated instead of left in the dark. Was also asked by other employees why we were there waiting, might keep them informed as well, when clients are checked in.
Great atmosphere! Andrea is amazing. She took her time with me knowing I was nervous getting a new hairstyle. Highly recommend her. Thanks Andrea!
Love the atmosphere and character. Came in with a party of 7 for a girls day and had a great time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Melissa is amazing, first time in the salon and she already knew what i want. They will first explain what process they're going to work on your hair,I love my hair color and haircut, been through 3 salons and i didnt get what i want. Finally found my hair salon and hairstylist. Its worth it. Not going anywhere else 😊💕
Melissa was absolutely amazing. Some would have thought that there was no hope for my horrible hair damage and cut......but she did her thing and I walked out of there feeling and looking beautiful. Thank you!
Waited over an hour with bleach on my hair while my stylist took another appointment for a haircut. Told her my scalp was burning only to get a half hearted “sorry”. Luckily my hair survived.
I went to 2 other salons before going to the Parlour. After two disappointing experiences I hesitantly made an appointment at the Parlour. Right from the start it was a positieve experience. Sommer wasn't afraid to ask a coworker for advice, on the best way to color my hair. She showed me what she had in mind colorwise, and if I was happy with that choice. She kept talking with me about what she was doing, and if I was happy with what she was doing. In the end I was very happy with the color and cut. I wont go anywhere else ... read more
