I had been searching for a nail salon where I could feel confident in proper hygiene, clear pricing, clearly understood staff & a set of quality SNS nails. THIS IS EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR! Leah was amazing in all aspects! I will spend my hard earned money local & at The Parlor.
Very nice stylists and they do a wonderful job. They also do a great job with my four year old.
Unsuccessfully tried to come to a satisfactory resolution with the stylist, Sue, who is also the owner about the quality of the customer service and the “trim” my daughter received. Sue claims she only took off 2-3”. Try 9” that was taken off. Please check out the before and after! The quality speaks for itself. Perhaps blaming the customer for a bad hair cut should not be the way to go! NEVER AGAIN.
RecommendedI love going to Parlour of Aurora! Sommer is by far the best manicurist I’ve ever had. She gives you her full attention-doesn’t jump from person to person like those other places. She also does a wonderful job with waxing. Sommer is someone I can connect with and have a nice conversation with-also unlike those other places! You truly get what you pay for at the Parlour. I won’t go anywhere else!!
