Be aware of misleading advertising / specials. Black Friday promo - can only be used on Black Friday. Made it sound like you could purchase packages as gifts. Unfortunately this is not the case. Very disappointing.
Very disappointing. We had hair and makeup done for my sisters wedding. The brides hair and makeup was terrible and she had to wash her face and redo it herself at the venue. A lot of money for nothing.
I am sooo in love with the Parlour On the Avenue; the customer service is excellent. The receptionists remember your name and provide friendly appointment reminder service. I first brought my granddaughter here when she was 12 yo. ( she is now 15 yo), Carly did her hair; I remember thinking if/when I change my hair stylist I will seek her out. It's a beautiful setting and every person was helpful. I had a expired gift card and they worked with me on that. I also am a nursing mother so they accommodate to that. It was a very relaxing and wonderful experience! Will absolutely go back!
I love the Parlour and I love Sommer K. even more. She is the bestestestest!!!! I have been a client since the second week of your opening in Aurora. I will for sure be a returning client, always!!!

Just enjoyed my "Spa Day" as I redeemed my Mother's Day gift certificate. Massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!!! Loved every minute! Parlour On The Avenue does a great job of pampering!
