I waited forever to get in just to have a very uncomfortable experience that resulted in me hating my hair the day before my birthday. Extremely disappointing from top to bottom, and such a waste of money. I was rushed and did not get what I asked for. I will now have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I get more and more upset every time I see myself.
