They messed my order up and I brought the mistake up to the cashier and she told me she couldn’t remake it but would ask her manager and so then the manager came to the window and said there was nothing wrong with the item and would not remake it. I will not be going back

everyone I go there u have to wait forever to get to the window and once u get to the window..you are waiting longer. sorry if I have to wait that long to get to the window then my food should be ready for me. that is good customer service. second. don't offer a slushy if you guys forgot to turn the machine on. corn dogs are soggy. hot dog was warm with a hard bun. the burger I just got the bun is huge with hardly a burger lol. pathetic quality for food.

I used to love going here, then the prices hiked and we have gone less, but then after the multiple times where you have changed prices and I order the same thing have really pissed me off! This time you had my 3 year old crying the whole ride home because I wasn't going to pay the sundae price for just a baby bowl with a few m and ms where last week you charged me the baby cup price. m and ms is not a sundae. I'm sadly going to be giving up on this store...disappointing. everyone should ring it up the same.

Two stars because ice cream is great, but seriously?? I ordered a banana split freeze and basically ALL the mix-ins were chilling at the top, and everything was overflowing. If it weren’t for having an extra cup in my car, the ice cream would’ve gotten all over it. This is ridiculous. No need to have so much ice cream overflow. Not impressed. Also, would’ve loved to have more of the mix-ins throughout the freeze, not just at the top where it was smothered in chocolate.
