Horrible customer service. Waited in line 45 minutes after I ordered just to have them tell me they were out of what I ordered. Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone
Got 2 walking tacos 🌮 yummy right wrong they were disappointing the meat tasted bad and my friend orders a chicken sandwich without cheese there was cheese also my other friend order hazelnut coffee way to much hazelnut 😞 I’m disappointed parlor
The BEST ice cream in CR- hands down! The order is always correct, the works are always friendly, and the ice cream is soft, yet thick. Flip your freeze upside down, and it will stay in the cup much longer than DQ’s! I can’t wait to have Parlor City cater our wedding this summer!

Today I came through and ordered a twist in a cup, a twist in a cone, and a chocolate cone. When we got to the window, the twists were correct, however, the chocolate was in a cup. When I mentioned it, they said they can’t take it back and can hand me a cone to put on top of it. This was not what I ordered and they were adamant they couldn’t fix it. I will not be back due to the rudeness of the staff and will make sure I tell anyone who asks how my experience was. All over a chocolate baby cone.
found a used bandaid attached to our freeze. told the manager. she told my husband, who placed the order in the first place, that nobody ordered what we ordered and that nobody was wearing a bandaid. we have receipt and photos. sad because we live close by and this was a favorite place of ours, but after this, never again.
My husband and I used to get ice cream here at least a couple times a week for the last few summers. I was about to share a review about how terrible the costumer service is this summer but it seems as though I do not need to waste my time as it seems many others feel the same and already have it taken care of.
