I’ve been here about 3 months now. I’m in a beautiful 3 bedroom. Newly remodeled large kitchen , 2 bath with w/d hookup. It’s everything I imagined. So comfortable and pretty quiet too. And the price was a steal compared to the other apartments in the area with not nearly as much space. We LOve it! (can’t wait for the pool and gym to open.
My mother had a sinus attack after walking into the apartment bc they spray some very heavily smelling perfume. My mother had to go get medication to counteract it. I am very shocked that she didn't have an asthma attack. I don't recommend these apartments as I was told that the admin fee would be refunded if I wasn't approved. The staff doesn't know how to do math as I made clearly 3 times rent. I am so happy I went with another place. They worked with me. These apartments are just overly priced.
Awesome newly renovated apartments. So many changes happening and a lot of amenities to look forward to. Can't wait to swim in the new pool!🤩
If you are looking for a place to call home, then look no further because the Harper apartment meet those qualities of beautiful newly renovated rooms, peaceful neighborhood and adjecent to shopping centers surrounded by wonderful dinning restaurants. It used to be called Parliament and probably some of you might have not pleasant experiences, but now it is under different name, different management and nicely renovated. staff are also prompt to answer your needs. So come on in!!!
