RecommendedBeen living here well over a year now and I’m very pleased! Anytime there has been an issue, it’s been fixed right away. The staff are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I may have! Can’t wait for the pool and gym to open!

Been living here a little over two weeks. A few problems as new or renovated buildings might have. Happy to have Sara been a support and helping resolve problems I’ve encountered. Love how modern everything looks.
Apartment floods an it’s been 4 month, still nothing done. Flooded 8 days after we moved in. Hot water doesn’t work in my apartment and management was rude an got defensive telling me to get a lawyer
I am beyond disgusted. Huge water leak and it takes 2 hours for the “emergency maintenance” to get here. Plumber couldn’t get here till the next day. They did not attempt to clean this up at all. You can literally see feces in my apartment. This needs to be made right! I am BEYOND disgusted by this whole situation. I’ve lived here less than a week. First problem was an oven that didn’t work. Really hope I didn’t make a mistake moving here.
Place is a joke. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I was told rent would be X-amount with a sheet breaking down all my possible charges and every month I’m being charged for more and more things they forgot to mention. I’m paying about $300 more than what I was told. Place is a disaster and falling apart on top of all that. Aside from the location, there’s nothing great about this place
The rent is going up to $1100+ for this type of remodeling. Sad to say the least.
I've been here since February and the apartments are beautiful, any issue I've had the maintenance team has been very fast at dealing with it and making sure things continued to run smoothly for me!
