My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of touring Parkwood Plaza Townhomes, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Shay, the Property Manager. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. I just got off the phone with Ms. Shay. After calling ONE time, I got a quick and courteous answer. I had several concerns as we have had the hardest time finding a place. She took time to speak with me, in a non-rushed manner and allowed me to express all of my concerns. She is going out of her way to help me and listen to everything I have to say.
