I applied to the townhomes a week ago and the application was denied. I contacted the leasing manager and she informed it was due to a credit freeze. I unfroze my credit reports so that the company could run my background and the application was still denied for fraud alert. I was confused seeing that I am the person that's applying and that I haven't had any issues with fraud up until now. It's nice to finally be home! None of the other places I looked at compare to my experience with Parkwood's management, the property, my new neighbors and this community. The amenities are amazing, (much more than I expected) from the flooring, the appliances to the slow close cabinets. And here's a special shout-out to the property manager, Shaska Craff. Shaska was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As I said before, it's nice to finally be home!

love my new space at Parkwood!! Very cozy and cute! Great location, next to lots of shopping. Love the office manager Ms.Shay! She is very helpful and made the move in process so simple and stress free!
