I have been taking my two boys to Parkwood since they were 3 days old. Malcom Rhodes has taken excellent care of my boys, from their infancy, to their red Ked JohnJohn days, to elementary school, and now to middle school and high school. We just saw Malcom Rhodes today for yearly physicals, and he has an excellent demeanor with both of my boys, who are VASTLY different from each other. Love Dr Goedecke and Parkwood Peds! Our family have been clients now for almost 7yrs. They see my son 6yrs and twin girls 3yrs old. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Dr G is always happy to answer any of my parenting and health questions. She has an amazing bedside manner and is great with my kids. You can tell she is a fellow Mom by her interactions with kids.
We've been with Parkwood Pediatric group for over 7 years now and love it! We've seen all of the doctors and like each and every one of them. The walk-in hours are wonderful and extremely helpful when you need to see someone first thing in the morning. I also appreciate the same day appointments for urgent situations. The staff is friendly and doctors are superb! I highly recommend Parkwood Pediatric.
Both of my boys (18 months and 3-years-old) have been at Parkwood since birth. We love that the staff is friendly, the office is clean, the appointments are on time (or close to it), and the physician and nurse care is top notch. The 365-day walk-in hours give me peace of mind that when my kids are sick, a familiar, trustworthy physician will tend to them, no matter what day it is. My kids have been going to Parkwood Pediatrics for the past 14 years and I can't imagine seeing any other pediatricians. I value the fast responsiveness from the nursing staff and the passion the front staff provides especially to new moms with a sick little one. I love the practice is open 365 days a year! We love Parkwood Pediatrics! My kids actually like to go see the doctor now. Love all the staff who are super helpful and kind. And I especially appreciate the prompt return phone calls when I have a question about one of my little ones.
Dr Canivan, Dr Rhodes, Dr Godeoke & Dr Smith are WONDERFUL. However, the west Ashley front staff, Dr Quinn & west Ashley office coordinator leave much to be desired. Very disappointed.
