I am a Charleston Native, this is the practice my parents took myself and my brothers and sisters to. Parkwood Pediatrics has always been a gold standard in Pediatric care in Charleston. I entrusted the care of my two children to this practice. The care you receive here, is top notch. Some of the physicians have changed over the years but the practice still carries the same standard of care many generations of Charlestonians have come to know and trust. I give them Five Stars!
At the beginning of the year we had to switch pediatrician's office due to insurance. We were dreading it as we loved where we went. From our visit at Parkwood we have received excellent care. Dr. Kirby Smith has been wonderful with our children. My kids still receive the quality and compassionate care they were use to receiving and so far they have been able to see Dr. Smith for all their visits which is wonderful as I was worried the practice may be one where you see a different doctor every sick visit. I was referred to Parkwood by a couple of friends who spoke very highly of the practice. My first visit was when my son was 5 days old and I was a very emotional first time mom. The front desk staff was amazing and very understanding. I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the doctors so far and the have all been wonderful! Dr. Rhodes is who we usually see and we absolutely love him and his honestly! We have yet to wait for a long period of time to be seen and they do an amazing job of getting us in when we need to be seen.... read more
We love Dr. Goedecke and appreciate all the staff that have gone out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. This practice is built on experience and excellence and I cannot imagine taking my daughter anywhere else. Thank you, Parkwood for the care you provide!
